1. Subject of the Contract
These GTC govern the rental and transport relationship between masarwy International LTD and the customer (renter).

2. Conclusion of Contract
The booking of a vehicle by the renter constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the lessor.

3. Politica di cancellazione

Per le Classe V, Classe S e Classe E:

• Cancellazione a meno di 24 ore dalla partenza: è dovuto il 100% del prezzo del noleggio.
• Cancellazione tra 24 e 48 ore prima della partenza: è dovuto il 50% del prezzo del noleggio.
• Cancellazione con più di 48 ore di anticipo rispetto alla data di partenza: gratuita.

Per Sprinter e autobus:

• Cancellazione fino a 72 ore prima della partenza: gratuita
• Cancellazione a meno di 72 ore dalla partenza: è dovuto il 100% del prezzo del noleggio.

4. Use of the Vehicle
The vehicle may only be driven by drivers explicitly designated by our chauffeur service. The chauffeur is obliged to comply with all applicable traffic regulations.

5. Liability
The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the rental period, unless it is due to normal wear and tear.

6. Payment Terms
The rental price must be paid as specified in the contract. In case of late payment, the lessor reserves the right to terminate the contract.

7. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich.
