1. Subject of the Contract
These GTC govern the rental and transport relationship between masarwy International LTD and the customer (renter).

2. Conclusion of Contract
The booking of a vehicle by the renter constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the lessor.

3. Cancellation Policy

For V-Class, S-Class, and E-Class:

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the rental price is due
• Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 50% of the rental price is due
• Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure: free of charge

For Sprinter and Bus:

• Cancellation up to 72 hours before departure: free of charge
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of the rental price is due

4. Use of the Vehicle
The vehicle may only be driven by drivers explicitly designated by our chauffeur service. The chauffeur is obliged to comply with all applicable traffic regulations.

5. Liability
The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the rental period, unless it is due to normal wear and tear.

6. Payment Terms
The rental price must be paid as specified in the contract. In case of late payment, the lessor reserves the right to terminate the contract.

7. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich.
